    Athletic therapists can treat musculoskeletal injuries such as ankle sprains, pulled hamstrings, golfer’s elbow, concussions. Athletic therapists can also help with rehabilitation to help you get back to your sport or activity after an injury or surgery

  • What to expect at an appointment?

    An appointment begins with a thorough assessment, including your medical history and a physical evaluation, followed by a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs with exercises given to help maintain the treatment

  • What to bring to an appointment

    Bring relevant medical records and imaging. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (e.g. shorts, tank top) for ease of movement and treatment.

  • How does osteopathy help pregnancy & infants?

    Osteopaths can provide gentle, safe treatments to alleviate pregnancy-related discomfort (sciatica, heart burn, back and hip pain etc.). We also treat women postpartum to alleviate pains post vaginal or cesarian delivery. We also support infants with issues like torticolis, flat head, colic, sleep disturbances, and feeding difficulties.

  • After treatment: What to expect?

    You may feel mild soreness or fatigue after treatment, which usually resolves in 24–48 hours. Follow any aftercare instructions from your therapist.

  • What massage therapy do you offer?

    At Motus, massage therapy targets fascia—the connective tissue supporting the whole body. It addresses tension, postural issues, and limited mobility at their root. Techniques vary from gentle to deep, and sessions may include movement or posture tips. This approach pairs well with osteopathy for lasting, full-body care.
